Our Story

SDLC.works was founded on a simple question: If technologists believe technology can solve every problem in the world, why do they still struggle with productivity, quality, and engineering effectiveness in the very SDLC systems they design, manage, and operate?

Our exploration led to a key insight — the absence of Systems Thinking. Most technologists are excellent analytical thinkers, which makes them great at designing technological systems. However, the Software Development Life Cycle isn't purely a technological system; it's a techno-social system. It requires Systems Thinking to effectively design, manage, and evolve.

Since then, our founder, Manish Jain, has dedicated himself to teaching Systems Thinking to technologists and building SDLC frameworks grounded in its principles. SDLC.works now applies these same principles to help startups and established companies transform their SDLC practices for sustainable success.
